EuroMedITI Ltd and Steps Ahead Ltd set up the MARSEC-XL Foundation

EuroMedITI Ltd and Steps Ahead Ltd have set up the MARSEC-XL Foundation  - a non-profit organization set up to establish, develop and promote the Marine Software Engineering Cluster of Excellence (MARSEC-XL) and coordinate the activities in MARSEC-XL including its building blocks (MI-SE@MALTA, S-TEC, MBP).

Navico has become first Founding Industry Member (FIM) of MARSEC-XL, with Jens-Thomas Pietralla, President and CEO of Navico, becoming the first chairman of the MARSEC-XL Industry Board.
