The Valletta Forum was founded, and is owned, by The Euro-Mediterranean Initiative for Technology and Innovation, EuroMedITI. EuroMedITI is the Malta-based hub for industry-driven research, technology development and innovation. We foster partnerships to develop or adapt innovative, regionally critical, sector-focused technologies for the emerging Euro-Mediterranean market.

EuroMedITI was set up in January 2007 by the Government of Malta to accelerate regional technology transfer through applied research, technological development and innovation (RTDI) projects, technology brokering, capacity training, incubation and knowledge dissemination.
